HOT BUTTERED RUM

Ingredients

  • 6oz Hot Water
  • 2 1/2oz TTO Dark  
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Spice Vital Farms Butter* 

Instructions

  • Add hot water and rum to preheated mug.  
  • Stir in Vanilla Spice Butter until dissolved.  
  • Garnish with nutmeg & star anise. 

*Vanilla Spiced Butter 

Servings: 8 – 10  

Ingredients 

  • 16 tbsp Unsalted Vital Farms Butter  
  • 3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar  
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract  
  • 1/2 tsp Star Anise 
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves 
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Peppercorn  
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick 

Instructions 

  1. Heat butter & spice in pot on low until melted.  
  1. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.  
  1. Strain spices & store in a nonreactive container.
