Soft Boiled

Saucepan / water / eggs

The ultimate comfort food.

  1. Start with cold eggs in cold water.
  2. Once boiling, cook for 6 ½ minutes.
  3. Transfer to cold water for 2 minutes.
  4. Peel and enjoy.

Poached

Saucepan / water / vinegar / salt / egg

You can do this. Promise.

  1. Fill pot with 5–6” water, 1 Tbsp. of white vinegar and a pinch of salt.
  2. Bring water to a low boil.
  3. Crack fresh egg into small bowl, pour egg gently into boiling water.
  4. Cook for three minutes. Rescue with slotted spoon.

Sunny Side Up

Skillet / ghee / egg

Brighter mornings, no flipping required.

  1. Swirl ghee in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Turn heat to low and cook until whites are opaque.
  3. Serve.
