About ECS

ECS is powered by our incredible crew, who help to grade, wash, and pack our eggs before they are shipped to grocery stores and foodservice operations across the country — ultimately landing on your table. The facility’s thoughtful, green design reflects our commitment to the long-term sustainability of our stakeholders, including but not limited to our crew members, the local Springfield, MO community, and the planet.
