About ECS

Our award-winning egg washing and packing facility, Egg Central Station (ECS), nests in Springfield, Missouri, less than a day’s drive from more than 300 family farms. The facility’s thoughtful, green design reflects our commitment to the long-term sustainability of our stakeholders, including but not limited to our crew members, the local Springfield, MO community, and the planet.
