A floral-infused compound butter that pairs beautifully with your croissants, baguettes, biscuits, and so much more.
Makes 24 servings
4 sticks (16oz) Vital Farms Sea Salted Butter, softened
2 tbsp dried flowers (food-grade), plus extra for topping
1 tbsp dried lavender (food-grade), plus extra for topping
1 tbsp honey
1. Whip butter for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add flowers, lavender, and honey.
3. Mix until fully incorporated.
4. Form into a log, wrap, and chill for a 2-3 hours.
5. Cut and top with wildflowers and honey.
6. Enjoy on warm croissants, baguette slices, biscuits, and more.
