Brown Butter Sesame Radishes
Butter and radishes are a dream combo. Dip vibrant spring radishes in browned butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds for a next-level snack.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Vital Farms Unsalted Butter, 1 stick, room temperature
- 2 bunches breakfast or red radishes, stems and leaves on and intact, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons flaky salt
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add half the stick of butter and melt then continue to cook, swirling the pan often until the butter starts to foam. Using a whisk, continue to cook, whisking constantly, until the butter is deep golden-brown and smells toasty.
- Remove from heat and transfer brown butter to a bowl. Add the remaining 1/2 stick of butter and whisk until fully combined.
- Dip radishes about 3/4 of the way up in the brown butter, leaving the top of the radish exposed. Immediately sprinkle with flaky salt and sesame seeds. Sprinkle sparingly so the butter shines through. Repeat with the rest of the radishes.
- Place radishes in the fridge until butter hardens then serve.
