- Heat a medium pot with water over medium-high.
- Crack egg into a small bowl.
- When water is just starting to simmer, turn heat down to medium and add the egg, getting the bowl as close to the surface of the water as possible so as not to drop it from a height.

2. Whirlpool + Vinegar MEthod
