6 Ways To Enjoy Scrambled Eggs

1. On Toast

Sometimes simplicity = perfection! All you need is some good buttered toast and a sprinkle of herbs!

  • Vital Farms Eggs, scrambled
  • piece of sourdough toast
  • Vital Farms Salted Butter
  • fresh chives, finely chopped

1 .Butter toast and add scrambled eggs on top. Sprinkle with chives.

2. Breakfast Bowl

Scrambled eggs are the base of this tasty and customizable savory breakfast bowl!

  • Vital Farms Eggs, scrambled
  • roasted potatoes
  • breakfast sausage, cooked
  • sauteéd kale
  • avocado, cubed
  • fresh, tender herbs such as dill or chives, finely chopped
  • hot sauce of choice

  1. Add potatoes, sausage, and kale to a bowl. Top with avocado and the with eggs and a sprinkling of herbs on top. Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired and enjoy.

3. Biscuit Sandwich

This sweet and salty sandwich makes a perfect fancy brunch meal or luxurious weekend breakfast.

  • Vital Farms Eggs, scrambled
  • biscuits
  • sliced ham
  • arugula
  • fig jam

  1. Split the biscuit in half and spread the inside of each with fig jam.
  2. Add arugula to the bottom half of the biscuit then top with a piece of ham and the scrambled eggs. Add top half of biscuit. 

4. Breakfast Taco

Whip up a batch of these tacos with your favorite salsa, protein, and your choice of tortilla!

  • Vital Farms Eggs, scrambled
  • flour or corn tortillas, warmed or griddled
  • chorizo or other protein, cooked
  • avocado, cubed
  • salsa of choice
  • fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

  1. Add the chorizo and scrambled eggs to a tortilla. Top with avocado, salsa, and cilantro.

5. In A Pita

Try this twist breakfast by loading up a pita with eggs and the flavors of the Mediterranean.

  • Vital Farms Eggs, scrambled
  • pita
  • tzatziki
  • tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • red onion, roughly chopped
  • fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • feta, crumbled

  1. Half the pita and stuff with eggs. Top with tomatoes, red onion, feta, parsley, and tzatziki.  

6. Breakfast Pastry POcket

This is a great meal to prep ahead and store in the freezer for a tasty breakfast to have on hand any time.

  • Vital Farms Eggs, scrambled
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed and cold
  • sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • breakfast sausage, cooked

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.  
  2. Lay puff pastry out in a single layer and cut into 2 x 4-inch rectangles.
  3. Top with cheese, sausage, and scrambled eggs, leaving a ½-inch border around all sides.
  4. Brush with egg wash and place another rectangle of dough on top, pressing down to adhere. Crimp edges with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with egg wash and cut a few ventholes on the top to allow steam to escape. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
