Our award-winning egg washing and packing facility, Egg Central Station (ECS), nests in Springfield, Missouri, less than a day’s drive from more than 300 family farms. ECS is powered by our incredible crew, who help to grade, wash, and pack our eggs before they are shipped to grocery stores and foodservice operations across the country — ultimately landing on your table. The facility’s thoughtful, green design reflects our commitment to the long-term sustainability of our stakeholders, including but not limited to our crew members, the local Springfield, MO community, and the planet.

Vital Farms Processing Associates are responsible for working in a team to process pasture-raised eggs for distribution to customers across the US. Dependable, hardworking, positive team players are encouraged to apply!
