B Corps are for-profit companies dedicated to using their business as a force for good. The title isn’t handed out easily: B Corps are legally required to consider the impact of their decisions on all of their stakeholders, and must meet the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. At Vital Farms, we already operated in a stakeholder model — so becoming a B Corp was a natural extension of the way we do business.
