Egg Flowers on Toast
Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 4 Vital Farms True Blue Eggs, hardboiled and peeled
- toast
- spread of choice, avocado or hummus
Instructions
- Line a cutting board with plastic wrap followed by one egg and 5 – 6 wooden skewers. Wrap the egg. In plastic wrap and tightly roll over the skewers. Tie the ends with a rubber band and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, remove the wrap and cut the eggs, revealing a beautiful flower! Add preferred spread on toast, then add the egg flowers.
