Add the egg yolks to a jar and top with enough honey to cover them. Add the garlic, chili flakes, thyme, and oregano.
Make sure the egg yolks are fully submerged in the honey mixture, place a lid on the jar and place in the fridge for 4 days.
To serve, spread an egg yolk over a piece of crusty bread, sprinkle with flaky salt and some grate parmesan and another drizzle of honey.
