Fill a medium saucepan about halfway with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add in the eggs using a slotted spoon and boil for 10 minutes.
Prepare an ice bath by filling a medium bowl with ice and water. Add the boiled eggs to the ice bath. When cool to the touch, peel, pat dry and set aside.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and pop the yolks out, adding them to a separate bowl.
Cut the avocado in half, scoop out the flesh and add to the bowl with the egg yolks. Add in the lemon juice and use a fork to smash the two together until mostly smooth and well combined.
Season mixture to taste with salt and pepper and add in the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
Spoon dollops of the mixture into the egg white halves. Top each with chopped bacon.
