I’ve been vegetarian for some time now, partially because I don’t want to support the massively-unsustainable animal meat production industry. That said, many of the low-carb recipes I enjoy call for eggs. I’m willing to bend for this ingredient, as long as the eggs are sustainable, and ethically, sourced. I found your company at my local grocer, and I was thrilled when doing some research on your organization to find how you treat your animals humanely, as well as uphold your partner farms to the same standards. Because of your efforts, I am more than happy to pay double the price for ethically-sourced eggs. So, thank you for taking charge in this industry! Keep up the good work! I can only imagine I am but one of hundreds of thousands of people who appreciate your hard work.
