Your eggs are so delicious, healthy and full of color that  they serve an improvement in the recipe.  I use enamel pans, but any good pan except  non stick, may be used.  Put the pan on very low heat, add some good grassfed butter. The butter will keep the eggs from sticking to the pan.  When the butter is warm and a little foamy  add the eggs and cook over low fire.  Bon appetite.
