Salted Butter Margarita
Jazz up your margarita with salted brown butter for a smooth and refreshing taste of summer.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon Vital Farms Salted Butter
- 2 ounces tequila, blanco
- 3/4 ounces fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
- 1/2 ounce agave syrup
- salt to rim
- lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Vital Farms Salted Butter to a pan on medium to high heat. Melt the butter until it starts to brown. Then immediately remove from heat and set aside.
- Rim a rocks glass by dipping it into the melted butter, and rimming it with salt. Fill with ice and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker add the tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave, remaining melted butter, and ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strain it into the prepared rocks glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
Make it a mocktail by substituting the tequila for 2 ounces of a zero proof spirit or a shrub!
