Instructions
  1. Scoop egg yolks out of egg halves + mash with mayonnaise, coconut milk, almond butter, fish sauce, coconut aminos, hot sauce and lime juice. Season with sea salt.
  2. Spoon mashed yolk mixture back into egg whites, then top with cilantro + more hot sauce to serve.
