Pastured egg and prosciutto pizza

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large pan, add garlic and chili paste. Toss until wilted and remove from heat. Season with salt.
  2. Preheat oven to 500F. Line a tray with parchment paper and sprinkle with flour. Spread dough on tray and flatten with palm.
  3. Stir parmesan and crème fraîche and spread over dough.
  4. Top with spinach.
  5. Top with prosciutto.
  6. Drizzle olive oil all over and bake for 10 minutes. Then crack eggs over pizza.
  7. Bake for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Top with fresh arugula.
