Open-faced breakfast taco
  1. Heat up tortillas on skillet and beans and salsa in separate sauce pans
  2. Put a skillet on medium heat and add 1 tbsp of butter
  3. Crack pasture-raised eggs in pan and cover until cooked (you want the yolk runny!)
  4. Assemble open-faced taco by laying out the tortilla, adding black beans, putting sunny-side egg on top, then avocado and salsa
  5. Enjoy!
