pasture-raised egg yolks
(separated from whites)
dash garlic powder
Mix together all dry ingredients in deep dish. Separate half and set aside
Separate yolks from whites.
Make shallow indentions in dry ingredients and drop yolks into dry mixture.
Sprinkle the other half of the dry ingredients on top of yolks until they’re buried.
Let cure for 75 minutes. Dig up the buried yolks (carefully!) and rinse (unless you like them REALLY salty!) under faucet. Enjoy on toast or crackers!
