Cook Time 75 Minutes
- Mix together all dry ingredients in deep dish. Separate half and set aside
- Separate yolks from whites.
- Make shallow indentions in dry ingredients and drop yolks into dry mixture.
- Sprinkle the other half of the dry ingredients on top of yolks until they're buried.
- Let cure for 75 minutes. Dig up the buried yolks (carefully!) and rinse (unless you like them REALLY salty!) under faucet. Enjoy on toast or crackers!
