Lemon Dill Whipped Butter

Bright, creamy, and bursting with fresh flavor, this Lemon Dill Whipped Butter is the perfect spread for summer gatherings. Quick to make and easy to serve, this versatile butter brings a fresh twist to any appetizer spread.

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup 2 sticks Vital Farms Salted Butter, softened at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • In a medium size bowl add the softened butter. Using a hand held mixer, beat the butter until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Gently fold until thoroughly combined.
  • Transfer the butter to a cold serving bowl. And immediately serve with preferred raw vegetables, crackers, and bread.
  • Pro Tip: If making the styled butter ahead of time, refrigerate for 1 ‑ 2 hours. Then let it sit at room temperature for 10 ‑ 15 minutes right before serving it.
