Printing Tips

To ensure the security of our print-at-home coupons, you must complete a one-time download and installation of Coupon Printer software from our coupon provider, Hopster. If you were initially unsuccessful in printing your coupon(s), please check the following: 

  • Have you installed the Coupon Printer? After downloading the file, there is another step of installation that must occur. 
  • Is your printer turned and connected to your computer and does it have ink/paper? The Coupon Printer routes your coupon(s) directly to your default printer as soon as you select “Print Coupons”. 
  • Is your internet browser updated? The coupons are set to work with all updated browser versions but will not open properly or print from a mobile phone.
  • How many times have you printed the coupon before? After you attempt to print the coupon two times, you will no longer be able to print.

 Coupon FAQ 

I see an error message that says “We’re sorry, but this offer has already been used the maximum number of times (or insert custom error message text)”. What should I do?

  • This means that you’ve exhausted your attempts to print the coupon.

I printed a blank page instead of a coupon. What should I do?

  • Try a new web browser (ex. If using Internet Explorer, try FireFox).

I printed a page that says “Please click on the coupon itself or the button the reads “click to print” to print the coupon.” What should I do?

  • Click on the words that read “Click Here to Get $1 Off” instead of selecting File-Print in the browser.

I see a red X instead of a coupon. What should I do?

  • Try a new web browser (ex. If using Internet Explorer, try FireFox).

I cannot click on my coupon

  • Ensure that javascript is enabled in the web browser.
