Matt and his wife Catherine

Matthew O’Hayer, Owner

Matt is a serial/social entrepreneur and former corporate executive bent on saving the world, one cause at a time. His rational approach to life is always tempered with compassion and deference to the the needs and aspirations of his colleagues, friends and family. Matt never meets a stranger and is always good for a joke, or two, or three. In his off-time Matt enjoys captaining the waterways of the Caribbean, snow skiing, gourmet gastronomy and global travel with his best friend and wife, Catherine.

The Joneses

Jason Jones, Owner

A recent entrant into the wonderful world of fatherhood, Jason was happy to land in Austin after his corporate experience had taken him around the world – quite a few times.  An omnivore’s omnivore and entrepreneur at heart, Jason would tell you he’s blessed to be part of the farm and the growing movement to get healthier food onto tables across America.  When he’s not managing the business, Jason can be found tightly wrapped around his daughter Mirabel’s little finger.

Robert manages the flagship Austin farm

Robert Kraft, Manager

Robert is an actor and voice talent by day, protector of the flock and troubadour by night. The backbone of the farm, Robert ensures that everything runs smoothly; the safety, happiness and health of “his girls” are his number one priority. Upon meeting him, you get the sneaking suspicion that you’ve met before: Robert appears in nationally distributed television and radio commercials; there is not a day that goes by that you do not see or hear him somewhere between your regularly scheduled programming. If you’ve got a talent gig, chances are, “The Voice” is your man. In his off-time (though his girls miss him), Robert is crooning standards at jazz clubs and dives all over the ATX, catching up on current events, and always looking for a political scrum. Robert is good people.
